Do you take the old fence away?

Yes. Removal and disposal are part of the quote unless you specifically want to keep the material.

Can you replace just part of a fence?

Yes, and often that is the right answer. Matching an existing run is a real constraint we will be straight with you about.

Should I replace the posts too?

If they are original and set in the ground, usually yes — reusing tired posts is the most common way a new fence fails early.
